At Anime Holder, we know the feeling of refreshing the tracking page every 5 minutes. We aim to get your display cases to you as fast and securely as possible, so you can start showing off your collection.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (like during a new set release), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Important: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at cs@animeholder.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
