Shipping policy

At Anime Holder, we know the feeling of refreshing the tracking page every 5 minutes. We aim to get your display cases to you as fast and securely as possible, so you can start showing off your collection.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (like during a new set release), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.

3. International Shipping & Customs

Yes, we ship worldwide!
Important: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Anime Holder is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

  • Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at cs@animeholder.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
