Refund policy

We want you to love your Anime Holder display. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here is our policy on returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Please Read Carefully)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.

  • CRITICAL: The protective film on the acrylic sheets must NOT be removed. Once the protective film is peeled off, the item is considered "used" and cannot be returned. Please inspect the pieces before peeling the film.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

  • Broken/Damaged during shipping? Acrylic is tough, but shipping couriers can be rough. If your case arrives broken, please email us immediately at cs@animeholder.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement part or a full replacement free of charge. You do not need to return the broken shards.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at cs@animeholder.com.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake (e.g., sent the wrong artwork), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved (film is intact, item is new), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

6. Non-returnable items

  • Custom-made products (personalized orders).

  • Gift cards.

  • Items where the protective film has been removed.

7. European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The same condition applies: the item must be unworn/unused with the protective film intact.
